Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this period.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not covered. Please note that disposable devices and e-liquids are not eligible for return.

2 - Completing a Return

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items except in certain situations, such as if the item is faulty. We recommend using tracked or signed-for delivery to ensure your package reaches us safely.
3 - Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If you prefer, store credit can also be provided. Please allow up to 10 days from the date your return is shipped for the refund to be processed: 1 to 2 days for the credit to appear on your account or statement.
4 - Disposable Devices and E-liquids
Disposable devices and e-liquids are sold as-is and cannot be returned. No replacements or refunds are offered for these items.
